Throwing Tall

Elevate your throwing skills in this one-day workshop and learn to throw tall! The goal of the workshop is to help your throwing practice and build confidence in throwing taller pieces with speed and accuracy. No prior experience needed! Students will leave the workshop with a stronger understanding of:

  • Techniques for throwing taller forms
  • Maintaining even wall thickness
  • How to keep clay cylinder narrow
  • Mastering speed and pressure
  • …and more based on the needs and interests of the class!
